Meet Kayla

I’m inspired by human potential—and driven to help people feel better in their bodies, minds, and lives. Over the past 15 years, I’ve trained and worked in personal development, healing, coaching, yoga, mental health, meditation, and spiritual studies. At the core of everything I do is one mission: to create spaces where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to grow.

That mission became real in my hometown when I opened Grounded on Glen St., a Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation studio in the heart of Glens Falls, NY. And because healing shouldn’t be limited by location, I also created The Mobile Meditation Studio—a fully renovated, full-size school bus bringing emotional regulation tools, nervous system resets, and wellness experiences out into the community.

After working through and overcoming many of my own challenges, I now share the insight and practices that helped me—so you can have them too. Meditate Through It is your online home for calming, grounding, and self-empowering meditations to help you manage stress, reconnect inward, and access your inner potential—wherever you are.

Day 1: Tuning Inward

Duration 9:42

Start your morning with this gentle guided meditation for beginners. Day One is a calming practice focused on breath awareness, noticing thoughts, and finding stillness — exactly as you are.

You’ll be guided to settle into a comfortable position, slow the breath, and observe thoughts and sensations as they pass by like clouds. This meditation is perfect for grounding, starting over, and creating a sense of calm and clarity in just a few minutes.

Great for morning mindfulness, stress relief, and daily meditation.

✨ Take a moment to breathe, reset, and begin again.

How Being Mindful Changes Our Lives

Helps you sleep better

Unwind your mind and relax your body with gentle meditations designed to release the day—so you can fall asleep easier and wake up feeling more restored.

Decreases anxiety & depression

Find steady ground in the midst of big feelings. These practices help you slow your thoughts, soften overwhelm, and reconnect to a sense of calm and hope—one breath at a time.

Reduces stress levels

Press pause on the rush. Quick nervous system resets help your body shift out of “go-go-go” and back into balance, so you feel more clear, present, and supported.

Improves attention & concentration

Train your focus with simple mindfulness practices that bring you back to the moment—helping you feel less scattered and more centered in your day.

"The thing about meditation is: You become more and more you."
